WELCOME TO OUR ASSOCIATION

The ACT Badminton Association  (ACTBA) is the State Peak Organisation recognized by the ACT Government to represent all affiliated badminton clubs and association in the Australian Capital Territory -  Canberra. 

The ACT Badminton Association provides a fun environment for all ages to learn both the basic skills and the more competitive levels of badminton game.

We welcome new, old and recycled players to come along and enjoy the sport of badminton at several  clubs' venues.
 

The Australian Capital Territory Badminton Association (ACTBA) incorporated in 1980, is affiliated member of since 1975.

 ACTBA is a member of  (Sport & Recreation ACT) and the  (ACT Sport)

The Association:

• endeavours to promote and raise the profile of badminton in the Australian Capital Territory and Australia, 
• runs graded tournaments and social events during the year, 
• enters players in local and interstate competitions, 
• provides some introductory coaching for new players, 
• encourages the participation of juniors in the sport..
